Off the top of my mind, I can think up my Lv X C. Rayquaza, Japanese Blain's Ninetales and Kadabra.
 
Not so sure what certain ones they were but I have a Reverse Celebi thats pretty good, I have a reverse charizard that's Team Galactic's Charizard so it's a basic. I have a normal Charizard who is just as powerful. I got this really cool Empoleon I like. And a Tyranitar Ummmm theres more just can't think of them now
 
I've pulled some good cards lately, I got reshiram 113/114 and mew prime yesterday.

in my 'huge' one card collection, I have an Unown J card from the 3rd movie

Right now..the fancy looking full art Reshiram from the BW set.

Before my old cards got stolen. My Charizard collection..I had 80% of all american Charizard cards. T_T
 
An Original Japanese Venusaur with special card slip, French Dodrio, German Unown, and I have one more foreign card that I can't remember. It might be another Unown.

Then there's my Rayquaza ex, E-Reader Mewtwo, and a few others.

I don't collect cards, but my brother got the 2 halves of Deoxys & Rayquaza Legend after trying only two boosters.

He also has a shiny Dialga and Shiny Tin Raikou.
 
mine is my Unown J that came with the Pokemon 3: The Movie DVD (it's also my only card)
 
The Black & White Pikachu 115/114, and the full art Zekrom. I'm sure I have some rares from the 90's, but I'm not really bothered to dig around for them.
 
Recently got a 1st edition Shining Gyarados from a Neo Reveltation pack! :naughty:
