Haven't seen anything happen with them. I traded a female Bulbasaur for a Xerneas in Y and nothing really happens if you have them together. :/

Really hoping that the Vivillion patterns aren't region exclusive. All the colors look really nice. It just seems so...exclusive. Exclusives should only be between the games, in my opinion.
