I was training my Riolu, Braviary, and Milotic today. I went to the pokemon center and Nurse Joy said that my pokemon had been infected with Pokerus. This is the pokemon world. Perhaps,since humans in this universe are technically animals, and there are no animals in the pokemon world, the humans may have pokemon-ish quality of unusual strength and endurance.

I don't nickname my pokemon unless I have a fitting name for them. On pokemon White, I named Thundurus Zeus and I told my little sister to name her Tornadus Thor. And I named my Deino Zaphod for when it evolves.

Pesonally, I think it's when you are in a trainer battle and you have to do something. then, when you're back to the game, and the opponent's pokemon is one that you want, you forget that it's a trainer battle and waste a poke ball. this has happened to all of us at one point.

I have to agree with Silver Mew, although Durant and Heatmor don't look like real pokemon, either.
